I have been having problems with SalesCart and the Plug-ins from the beginning.
We purchased these programs on the promise that, to directly quote your website: "Design Tool E-commerce™
software allows anyone to quickly add a storefront to their website out-of-the-box, without having any
programming knowledge." I am a designer, not a programmer, but I have found myself doing nothing but programming
in order to get this thing working, and not being a programmer, I find myself completely lost! The manual is poorly
written and difficult to understand, but I have managed to figure out some of it. The most frustrating part is that
when I do exactly what I'm supposed to do, the thing does not work properly. If the Plug-in does not install properly
(I have also uninstalled and reinstalled) I should think that it is the fault of the program and not me, so I should
not have to constantly be asking for help! I also do not like having to go online to add products to the database.
Seems like an unnessesary security risk to me. An "out-of-the-box" program should provide step-by-step procedures
to follow and then should work as promised. I know that there is no such thing as a perfect program, but this doesn't
even come close!

My boss and I are really fed up.

Alright. Now what part of it is not working for you? Have you submitted any support tickets? If so, provide the ticket number(s) so I can check them out for you.
