Hi again,
I have Pro 4.3 for Dreamwaever UK version. Added Order management system + Product management

Another client of mine has a requirement to send an invoice, therefore payment section disabled (no "bill to" details). This SEEMS to cause the email notification to client and Merc. not to put the email address in
UserName: slot!

Anyone else found this?

I have modified Sendemail.asp & Merc-conf.asp to:
toaddress=RS("shipemail") ie added "ship" It works now!

Can't resolve this issue..help!
When a returning customer returns, he can't logon as a returning customer and
re-order items as no orders appear? Yet as a "customer logon" through Order Management, he can logon and view his passed order correctly!

Any clues?

You might want to send in a support request for this. I believe there was is a fix for the returning customers function.

The problem is Will, Support ran out months ago and this has only came to light now. Any Patch available the KB or instructions?

Slight confused.. are these new files to replace the original reorder3 & reorder4 files for all occasions OR only if payment option disabled?

I believe they are suppose to be replacing the existing files.
