When I run a test order, I am not able to get a Grand Total or Tax Total (under Summary of Charges section) on the receipt page. They don't appear in the merchant/customer email either. These totals are present on the confirm page. Any suggestions?

Also, on the merchant/customer email the shipping charge shows up as $0.00 even though there is a shipping charge. Suggestions?

Do you have any support left? It sounds like a min-configuration in the global or salescart.asa file.

I'm not sure. I just recently purchased the transaction and ASPMail plug-ings and I thought those purchases came with additional 30 day support. I asked support about this, but no reply. Can you help?

Those purchases don't really qualify you for the main software support. However, if you submit a ticket, we'll make the exception.

Please make sure that when you submit your ticket you include the website username/password and the steps to reproduce the problem. The more descriptive you are the faster we can troubleshoot the issue.
