I am having a problem with my website. It has just gone live for the first time.
When placing an order, after entering the information in the details1.asp page and pressing "continue", I get a "page not found". If I hit the browser back button and try again, it eventually goes to shipping2.asp

 I have put the code:
 <%response.buffer=true%>
on details1, shipping1, shipping2, confirm1, receipt1, and shop1 as seen in the knowledge base article.

This problem had been showing up at other times in the checkout process, but now these problems are fixed. Only the problem from details1 to shipping2 remains.

I have the shipping plug-in installed if that makes a difference.

 Thanks,
 Scott

I'm on your website now and gone all the way to the payment page with no issue.

It seems to happen only when I populate the email field in the details1 page. If I leave that blank, then there is not a problem.
 Thanks,
 Scott

I just did a fake test order #81...all the way through with an email address and all fields completed.

Multiple users (including myself, wife and mother) all from different computers and internet service providers are getting the same error. I have had it go through a couple of times with out an issue, but more times than not, I get the error. When I hit the back button two - three times it works. It doesn't seem to be a factor of the email field being populated as I thought earlier.
Is there anyway to extend the buffer maybe?

 Thanks again,
 Scott

Probably I think you go for an email resource which provide you enough space wih necessary buffer allocated to it.The problem may be due to Number of people being served from a server is high and algorith written to serve is as such enables the one with higher priority and disables others making them feel the error message.

This was a hosting customer at ComCity and the issue had to do with an issue with the customers SSL certificate. It was resolved and the customer is now successfully processing orders.
I'm going to close this issue because anything related to what this customer was experiencing is most likely different as this issue was a server issue that is now resolved.
