I am using SalesCart on 2 websites. The cart on site 1 stopped sending me a merchant confirmation and the customer a confirmation a few weeks ago. Then stopped sending me emails for site 2. The carts are now on the same server but were not on the same server when the emails stopped working. Any suggestions on what to do?

This is somewhat difficult to troubleshoot since you have to get your host involved. First thing to do is to inform them that the emails are not going out when they used to.

Chances are the SMTP services is either stopped or something has happened on the server.
