Right now I have this client which has an old shopping cart and they seem to be having shipping problems when people check out they seem to sometimes recive no charges for shipping and certain zip codes aren't in the program which tells the client that they have to pay for shipping. ANy help on this matter?

What version shopping cart is your client using and has this person considered upgrading to the latest version?

When you bring up the SalesCart Wizard, it will tell you under the product serial number what the version number is.

You should see SalesCart listed next to help in the menu.

Latest Version of Shop Database Required
IMPORTANT: This version of the Order Management System requires the latest version of the shop.mdb that is scheduled to be shipped with SalesCart Standard minor release 2.7 and SalesCart PRO minor release 3.7. By Default, this database is not copied over during the installation so as to prevent accidental overwriting of existing orders or configuration in your working shopping cart. If you do not have this version of SalesCart or if you wish to use the Order Management system without upgrading, you may download the latest version of the shop.mdb from this Hyperlink - http://support.salescart.com/latestshop.mdb. Simply overwrite the current version of the shop.mdb located in your /fpdb folder with this file. Or, if you choose, you may migrate and import by cutting and pasting within Access data from the current shop.mdb into this version of the file. Note: If you fail to upgrade your shop.mdb, the Order Management System will not work properly.
