We believe we have resolved this issue. However, without your store ID or Facebook Page name there is no way for us to know how to test it for you.

When I try to retrieve sales from my store's order tab I get the following error message:
Could not open data connection. Error: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]SQL Server Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF]. The Invalid ConnectionString is defined as: Driver={SQL Server Native Client 10.0} Would you please help me resolve this problem? J. T.
