When I try to retrieve sales from my store's order tab I get the following error message:

Could not open data connection. Error:
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]SQL Server Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF].
The Invalid ConnectionString is defined as: Driver={SQL Server Native Client 10.0}

Would you please help me resolve this problem?

What is your stores url or your company name?

We believe we have resolved this issue. However, without your store ID or Facebook Page name there is no way for us to know how to test it for you.
