Most likely the cause is this KB.
http://support.salescart.com/kb/KB-details.asp?key=5483 When you made changes, you probably got an uncorrupted global.asa file. |

When using the shipping plugin I keep getting this error:
Error: Shipping Rates Cannot Be Determined! Please provide either a Valid State or Valid Country I have tried what it says in the knowledge base and what others have tried in this forum and nothing seems to be working. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! |
