Yup, that's the number one reason. Remember, any .NET application is going to have a number of DLL files in the BIN directory. The DLL files are crucial to the software because they define the different functions of the application.

This is my first time running the getstarted sample site and I recieved an error stating that the CSimpleAdo is not defined.
