Did you modify 3_do-fill.asp?

Also, the online order receipt is working properly. The only thing that isn't working properly is the send email from within the order fulfillment.

I compared the two files against the same two files that we have running on another website and I don't see anything different.
Should I try replacing those two files with the original sendemail.asp and merc-conf.asp files? |

This seems to be a script issue. 'objMail.SetAuthUser' is what we use for the CDOSYS authentication but if you don't have that configured properly, then the issue will be there.
Did you change any of these files? sendemail.as, merc-conf.asp? |

When sending an email message from the Online Order System, page 3_do-fill.asp, I receive the following error message when I try to send the email message:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6' Object doesn't support this property or method: 'objMail.SetAuthUser' ?, line 0 We are running the site on a Windows 2000 server with SMTP services running. This appears to be a permissions issue, but I'm not sure what to check. Any suggestions? |
