Credit Card Drop Down List

   Anyone know of how to change the selectio of credit cards types from Radio Buttons to a drop down list?  Many customers don't even see it and leave the default selection.  I know that you can identify the different cards just by the first number (3= AMEX, 4= Visa, 5= MC, and 6011= Disc) but it would be nice to have the option.  Also a drop down for the exp date would be good too.  I have the SQL version.

	You just add a new form field on the page call it the same thing as the existing radio form field and make the options "passed" the same values as the option "values" passed in the radio buttons.
