We just received a call from Visa/MasterCard. We have a few charge back that we are in the middle of processing. They told us that we have to have a return policy page that loads before any credit card information is requested. The policy page would have to have a radio button that the customer have to select that they agree before it takes them to a payment page. I had them fax a copy of this new policy to confirm it. So is there a way to load a page between the shipping and payment page?

Well a couple of easy ways to do this that I can think of.
1. Are you using the FedEx Shipping Account text box? Most people don't and that is kind of why that "extra" 2 fields are there. Change it from a textbox to a radio button but give the form attribute the same name. Put your policy there. 2. Make a copy of shop1.asp/php. Edit it in your editor and put your return policy on that page and use a link or button down at the bottom 3. Edit the Payment page and add the return policy as a "new window" link "with" the radio button for the particular payment methods and say something like clicking here you agree to "xyz" hyperlink.
