The Authorize.net gateway is supposed to come with SalesCart standard edition. However, I cannot find any documentation that tells me how to set this up. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Its a separate install in FrontPage. Rerun the install and choose the optionally installation of the AuthorizeNet transaction processing. Once you have it installed it has a manual...and a wizard and it will get much easier for you....
