This is strange behavior. Sometimes when I click on Front Page Shopadd component on the page it shows Sales Cart setting, but sometimes I’m getting “No description is available”

Try recalculating the website, that will often resolve the smaller snags.

You can do this when you open the web with FrontPage, go to Tools > Recalculate Hyperlinks. Or you can use IIS manager to do this as well.
