How do I specify that payment details should be sent to ECHO where my merchant account is? I've installed both SalesCartPro 5.x and Transaction Plug-in 1.6.
I can't find anything in SaleCart Help or when searching the Knowledge Base articles. |

Did you run the TP plugin wizard? It has a button for Echo, you select that, then you can enter your username and password. Other then that, I don't know what else you would want to specify. Everything that Echo requires is already setup to be sent over so you don't have to make those changes.

Yes, I ran tp1-r6.exe, rebooted my computer, created a new salescart web, rebooted my computer and recalculated my c:\ mode website.
I never saw any button that related to transaction processing or ECHO during the tp1-r6.exe installation or during the new salescart web installation. I find no mention of these within FrontPage or on the SalesCart Toolbar. I also cannot find any transaction related programs or manuals under Start > Programs > -- other than "UnInstall Transaction Processing Plugin" Where do I find the button for ECHO? Is there a manual for the Transaction Processing Plugin like there is for SalesCartPro? |

Go to File -> New -> Page or Web -> Click on Web, then from the website templates windows select the transaction processing plugin option. You'll want to make sure that you first open your web and then do this. Also, make sure that you check the box that says "Add to current web", that way it installs the files in the same directory.
When you click on the Transaction processing plugin option, it'll start the TP wizard. |

When I open a web and go to File-> New Page or Web -> Choose Empty web -> add to existing web, all I see are [SalesCartPro] Shopping Cart and [SalesCart] Shipping Plugin.
There are the other FrontPage "General" templates like Discussion, Database Interface, Corporate Presence. There is no Transaction Processing Plugin entry. |

Okay I have a feeling you're running FrontPage 2003, is this true? If so, then that might be the issue. Please send in a support request and I'll give you detailed instructions on how to fix this.

Thanks Will. I do have FrontPage 2003 and tp1-r6.exe did install the folder SalesCartTP.wiz
to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Webs\ instead of C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Webs11 where they should be when using FrontPage 2003. I moved the the SalesCartTP.wiz to the correct folder and now am able to access the Transaction Processing plugin. thanks so much |
