Default Store will not load

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   There are No Options for me to choose and no drop boxes or hyperlinks to choose.  Help! I cannot load a Default store to edit.  

On the page that has:

License Manager

Load a Store to Manage
Definitions for User: ********2@yahoo.com
Select an Identity: 
Create Default Store
for Domain Name: www
Please click on Load next to the store you wish to load.

I followed all directions on http://www.salescart.com/Cloud/Getting-Started/default.html#FreeStore

There is a store that shows up after clicking on the SalesCart icoon on my 2cajunladies Facebook page but there is no way for me to edit it.  I really need some help.

	Yep, it looks like you have done everything correct from what we can see. Your store is built and you should be set to go and ready to edit products. Watch these videos for Next Steps. 	I have already viewed the the video, but the screen shots on the video show a load button that doesn't show up on my screen. 	Jeanice: For some reason it looks like you have the default catalog but no default store. We are escalating this and we'll have someone look at it and get it fixed for you.
