Is your store QuéDeliss ? If so the problem appears to be that you have not registered the store first. So the store is not complete. You can't load it until the registration has been completed. Also, you should build a page for your business/store presence first instead of using your personal Facebook page.

Go here http://www.salescart.com/Cloud/Getting-Started/default.html#FreeStore and follow the steps starting with Step 2 to create a Facebook page to hold everything. Then go back and press the register button in Facebook, click on the link from your email and fill out the form to "build" your account and store. Once you register the store completely, then you will be able to load it. You are almost there, but we suggest you build a page first, and start at step 1 again to add salescart to the new page, then finish the registration "all the way through".

Also, can you tell us what the rest of error message says... that might allow us to figure out what's going on in your situation as well.

Hi. Could you give us more information. What is your Facebook address for your page? That will allow us to "reproduce" your error because we can 'impersonate' you. So, you get this error just when you 'load' your store...without doing anything else?

What to do?
