I have a weird problem with Salescart.

When I have just published to my server thinbs are fine and dandy on the first order placed.

If you try and make a second order no product details or prices show on the confirm2 page.

If I recalculate the db connection it sometimes works for a second attempt- what the heck is going on?

I am desperado to get this fixed and I'm at a loss to know why Scart is doing what it is

HELP!!

I had the same problem. Try Article # 5393 and see if it helps. It worked for me so far.

Andy, try using a DSN...I believe this is a FrontPage bug...or an issue that can occur when certain database components are not correctly installed a "newer" Windows 2003 server. Your on Windows 2003 on the server side right? In any case, a DSN usually fixes this. Of course, a similar error can also occur if the IUSR does not have RWXD permission to the /fpdb folder. In just a case, a lock file can be created but cannot be overwritten later for the second order.
