I just posted a message addressing major customer service and tech support problems... and it was DELETED within minutes.

Definitely beware! Now I know this is NOT a customer-oriented company.

FYI - censoring unhappy customers just ticks them off more. Now you have lost all future business from the web company I own, and I will spread the word too.
