This problem is not being addressed by tech support even though the thread has been viewed over 200 times. Which should indicate that there is a problem. My orders are not processing. The entire order works until the final confirmation and the total amount of the sale shows empty. Short of rebuilding the entire shopping cart does anyone have any suggestions how to correct this problem. This particular shopping cart functioned correctly for several months and then this problem began. I honestly don't remember making any configuration changes along the way that would have done this but obviously that must have been the case. Since I have been working on this for several weeks now I couldn't possibly remember now what may have been changed.
