We are receiving an occasional Sales Cart Security Alert! message which instructs us to "setting emailErr to 3" in checkpost.asp. When you go to checkpost.asp it references setting emailErr to 2 to disable security... do I set it to 2 or 3?

When we get these errors, are we to assume that a customer's transaction has got lost? When I check the order database there is no corresponding order ID.. did the customer think they checked out OK?
