I'm running the latest SQL version. I thought the AuthorizeNet plug-in comes with the CCV option? I don't see a field for this during checkout?????

It should be on Payment2.asp under card security field.

This used to be the 'social security number' field no? It may be helpful to rename this to CCV and maybe do a link to where the customer can find this number. I'll have to re-install this page since I removed that field thinking it was the social security number field. |

CCV is not the social security number. You never, ever want to get their social security number unless if you're doing business with some sort of a GOVT. entity. Or if you're trying to collect information on the customer to do a credit report.
CCV is the 3 digit number that appears on the back of most Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Edited by Will Sani |
