I'm having this problem too...any resolutions other than making a new cart would be appreciated.
I am running it on the production server.

I have not had that problem any more. Just that one time. I have created other new Sales Cart sites and everything is running ok.

I resolved the problem by creating a new sales cart. Somehow that cleared up the problem.

I am trying to test it on my own machine where I have a local server set up running IIS 5. This error is generated from shop1.asp. I don't get this error if I use a "static" add to cart option. I get the error as soon as I use the "dynamic" add to cart option, where I insert the database fields in the add to cart component fields. The odd thing about this is that it was working fine one day and then started generating the error the next day.
Thanks. | |

Are you testing it out on your own machine or on a server?

I have upgraded to a new machine running Windows XP Pro, FrontPage 2003, and SalesCart V5. I have reinstalled SalesCart V5 and when I click on the Add to Cart button I receive the following error:
The Microsoft SMTP Service is not installed correctly! Install this program on a server with the Microsoft SMTP service. Error # 429: ActiveX component can't create object Any suggestions? Thanks.
