Hi,
I am experiencing a problem with my salescart order processing buttons and header boxes. My view cart, checkout buttons, etc are only showing up as a white outlined box with a white box inside of that a red X in the center of that. Some of the boxes also say box 1.gif (3493 bytes). How can I fix this so my customer can view these buttons and checkout? Thanks |

Did you upload all the images to the cgi-bin folder?
Also you might want to check the path to those images too. Example: <img src="box5.gif" alt="box1.gif (3493 bytes)"> And Not: <img src="http://localhost/yoursite/cgi-bin/box5.gif" alt="box1.gif (3493 bytes)"> Or <img src="C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\yoursite\cgi-bin\box5.gif" alt="box1.gif (3493 bytes)"> |

I have tried replacing the image links themselves and have had no luck. The link itself works but the image still does not display.

Make sure that in FrontPage you check the cgi-bin permissions. Under properties check the box for Allow files to be browsed, otherwise you may run into this.
