Well SalesCart does not normally "contact" your customer. Normally this is a practice performed with Email such as the old "fake" PayPal email. Could you please be more specific on how SalesCart would be involved in this process?

The Definition of Phishing is:
is the act of tricking someone into giving them confidential information or tricking them into doing something that they normally wouldn’t do or shouldn’t do. For example: sending an e-mail to a user falsely claiming to be an established legitimate enterprise in an attempt to scam the user into surrendering private information that will be used for identity theft.

We have recently had an increase in the reporting of phishing incidents from our customers. Where would I find security information on SalesCart that would address steps to take to combat phishing and to ensure our site has not been compromised?
