The redundancy is because one person wants his site to work one way and a different person wants his site to work a different way. If you put both "enterance" options in there, you can simply delete the way you don't like.

Hello, lets start with a bit of background: My employer purchased SalesCart Pro SQL for Dreamweaver 3 months ago. I can't call Tech Support now since we passed the 60 day deadline (although my employer has never called them since he's purchased the product, I was under the impression that once you purchase the software you have 60 days from initial contact with Tech Support). I've built simple websites in the past using Dreamweaver and Flash and have no experience whatsoever in databases. I have someone here who knows databases but has no idea about website design. So far, I've built the site using the SalesCart wizard and now I'm trying to change the look of the website. Anyone have any advice for me as to what the best way to go about this is? Also, I don't understand some of the redundancy of the site such as "start shopping button" and "homepage vs. Lobby", it just doesn't make sense why this site would have this many layers for the consumer to get at the product.
ANY help would be appreciated and thanx for ur help in advance! |
