Hmm, I don't think the shipping would break the date ranges in the search feature. I would first suggest that you ask the developer to first download the latest version of the order management and just replace the search page. See if that will help the issue.

I am not sure...my web programmer takes care of these issues...I believe it's version 3? I never had this problem before (been using SC since November 2004) my webprogrammer made some updates to shipping and all of a sudden this started happening...thanks, Sheila

Are you running the latest version of the order management tool? I believe this issue was resolved a while back.

When I Click On:
1) Manage Orders 2) Purchase Orders 3) By Date Range 4) Week to Date Date auto populates to(for example): Begin: 8/21/105 Ending: 8/31/105 105105 The year changes from 2005 to 105. I have checked all of the date and time settings on my computer and they are correct. Everytime I want to check on something that is not "today" I must manually change the year to 2005. Very annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks very much! |
