   Is the Shipping Plug-In offered on SalesCart's site the same as the shipping plug-in that "comes with the  Pro version".   I'm having problems with the rates (they are off!) with UPS and FedEx.  They are under what they are supposed to be, and it's making my customers mad!  If the Plug-In (the $60 version) is accurate I will gladly purchase it to make this thing work!  But if is the same as the one that came with Pro then I'm in trouble!
