I am in the process of upgrading to a new computer and reinstalling SalesCart Pro 5. I'm using Windows XP, Office Pro 2003, and FrontPage 2003. SalesCart installed OK. When I try and install the Order Management Plugin V4.00 or the Product Management Plugin V2.53 I receive the following message "Sorry, but neither Office 9 or Office 10 installation can be located." It then asks for a directory to install the software. Can anyone tell me which directory I need to specify to install the plugins.
Thank You. |

It should already point to C:\Program files\Micorosft office
Was this already set in there? |

I resolved the problem by manually selecting c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office as the destination directory. However, I did have to make one additional change. After the installation I had to move the directory SC_order3.tem from c:\program files\microsoft office\templates\1033\webs to c:\program files\microsoft office\templates\1033\webs11 before the Order Management Plugin showed up in FrontPage 2003.
Thanks for your help. |

FYI - I just installed SalesCart Pro v5 as well as the Order Management and Product Management on a new computer running Windows XP and Office 2003, as well as FrontPage 2003. I had the same exact problem with the installation of the Order and Product Management plug-ins.
I followed the above manual solution and it worked. |
