Hi, My customer are receiving the following error when trying to add an item to cart. I checked my site and also get this error when adding an item to cart or viewing cart.

I have double checked the permissions in my cgi-bin on my server and have refered to KBarticle #5338 with no avail.

You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.

HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Did you set your fpdb folder to allow write too?

Make sure you set it for the Internet Guest Account IUSR_

Is shop1.asp in the cgi-bin folder?
