Subject: receipt2.asp, internal server error

From time to time...becoming more frequent. When a customer goes to the receipt page form confirmation page we get a cataostophic error, when this happens the site is down until our server resets our account.

The error is;

../cgi-bin/receipt2.asp

Catastrophic failure

Nothing had been uploaded, no changes to any to the cgi_bin files have been made

ASP has internal memory issues. This is one of the major reasons SalesCart discontinued all of its ASP products about 2+ years ago now.

Most of the articles on the Internet suggest that this issue you are having can be reduced by having your ISP or server operator upgrade to a later MDAC version.
