I am in the process of moving from an Access database to an SQL database. I can connect to the SQL database fine but when I get to the shipping2.aspx page during checkout I get this error:

Operator is not defined for type 'DBNull' and string "US".

I do have the shipping plugin installed. It works fine for Access but not SQL. Any ideas on how to fix this?
