My confirm2.asp and receipt2.asp pages are calculating taxes on shipping only. What do I need to do so that taxes are figured on the subtotal amount?

There is a setting in the global.asa/salescart.asa file and asked by the wizard that specifies this. Taxes on amount, taxes on shipping. You have the second one checked and the first one unchecked.
