Hi,
I have been using salescart PRO since 2004. Everything used to run for the most part very smooth. Last summer they changed the server to IIS6 -it was IIS5 before- Now I am getting all kind of errors. I have been able to fix them, but it will work fine for one day and the next day there is some other error. At this moment I am getting all "timeout" responses. While the customer gets a timeout response, the transaction is going through to the Verisign account.
I changed the timeout in the global.asa and I am still getting this error. Where else should I look?
By the way, it happens after clicking on the confirm2.asp
This is how I have the email.txt set up in the Salescart.asa file
Session("mytext") = Server.MapPath("\") & "\cgi-bin\email.txt"

The whole salescart is in a subweb on my server.
