Hi,

We did everything in the KB5316 and we are using Frontpage 2003 with all updates current. We are hosting our site ourselves with a full T1. We are using Webserver 2003 and Windows Server 2003. Orders seem to go through without a problem but no emails are received and no errors are generated. When going to CDOSYS and adding the line that contains "mail.yourdomain.com" is that exactly what you enter? I thought this would be in my case smtp.sosofficesupplync.com. Thanks for your help.

Had the same problem with 2K server....I hadn't enabled the SMTP service...once I did all worked fine!
