Is there any one who can help us on this.

Are you sure it is a "hacker"? Your checkpost.asp is attempting to notify you that an order was placed and in that order something might not have happened the way it was supposed to.
This usually happens if a visitors computer has real aggressive security settings.

Then what do you suggest I do to the problem?

Well this particular email is asking you to include the following code in your product pages:
<!--#include file="../cgi-bin/path.asp"--> |
That would minimize the amount of emails that you would normally receive from the shopping cart.

minimize in what sense?
Note that customer can place order sussesfuly without any problems now. Emails are sent to the customer and the merchant(both for confirmation and receipt). Does it mean that if i include this code emails are no longer going to be sent as required?
Thanks.

Minimize the amount of the security emails that you would receive. Not the email confirmations.

Thanks Techno for your prompt reponse. I still have some concerns;
Of what use is this security emails and how is it generated. It it my merchant advantage or customer advantage?

I think it is to the merchant's advantage to see those emails. However, the system is not 100% bulletproof and will create false positives.
This script is invoked when a user's security settings (i.e. cookie and software firewall) are setup to aggressive.
