Subject: Product Link Components Not There

When I go to the SalesCart menu to add the Product Link the componet is not there. Please help.

Thanks for posting. Please be sure to read the http://forums.salescart.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=365&PN=1&FID=11&PR=3 - posting guidelines just saying you can't add the product link is not sufficient information for anyone to give you a good answer.

Sorry, What I meant was When I click on the 'add product link' button I do not have the 'Salescart product link properties' dialog box. All I have is a link to insert a 'Visual Interdev Navigation bar'! I have upgraded my SalesCart SQL to 5.0. I tried reinstall the SalesCart software but the product link still does not show up.

I trust you've already recalculated the hyperlinks?
Are you running IIS on your machine?

I have recalculated my links. Upon talking with our computer administrator he tells me that I am running the Personal Server from Standard Default XP Professional.

Okay it sounds like you might not have the SalesCart server extensions installed for IIS. Re-run the installer and select the local server extensions for SalesCart. That should fix the issue.
