I am trying to get the order dbase set up and am at step 11 where it is telling me I have to specify file names in the "move to physical file name" and "logical file name" boxes. I just can not understand the instructions here. What am I supposed to put in these boxes?

Those are the names of the SQL server log files and logical file names.

I think it might be easier for you to run the second method, which is through Query Analyzer. What you would need to do is have your hosting company follow the instructions provided for that method...
