Subject: Wrong Shipping amount

I'm using Sales Cart Pro. A customer order just came in for $49.20. We have our shipping table set-up such that from $0-$25 it's $4.95 for shipping and from $25.01 - $50.00 it's $5.95. But in this order case the system came back and said the shipping charge was $4.95 (ie should have been $5.95)... Any suggestions what's up?

Thanks
Jim

Will and staff,

any insights into this problem...? anybody else ever seen it occur. My customer is getting disillusioned about Sales Cart, but I'm trying to keep her in the game...

I'm not sure. There are some many different variables in the shipping portion of the shopping cart that it would be difficult to guess.

How often does this issue happen? Has it happened before?

no, this is a first.. although this customer has bumped into a few other unrelated problems...which makes her more concerned...

I'm not quite sure. The details are too vague but if you have support I would recommend that you submit a ticket so we can get the site details, etc.

We also need the exact steps to re-produce the issue.

Will,

we can't reproduce it... for now I'll just shelve it unless it pops up again.. guaranteed there is a problem however...

thx
Jim
