When I insert the "continue shopping" form to an existing page I get the following error.

Database Results Wizard Error
The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server administrator.

The checkpost.asp page shows
Session("continue") = Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_REFERER")

Why is this unable to find the http_referer?

You may want to make sure that you've included the path.asp include on your product pages.
