Hi Will

It happens on the Fulfillment page, when I click to send an email (3_do-fill.asp)

I haven't been able to re-product the error message. Is this a Windows NT, 2000 or 2003 server? The permission denied leads me to believe that the server doesn't allow the CDONTS/CDO object to be created.

Sorry for the late reply, is there a fix for this? It is on a windows 2000 server

There isn't a fix per say. However, if your server doesn't support CDONTS/CDO, then you need to find out what SMTP com object your host is using, and then purchase the plugin from us.

Hi Will

When I set up my site using sales cart pro 5.0 I purchased the aspmail plugin. Is another plugin required?

Okay, I'm assuming that you haven't update the file 3_sendemail.asp in the online folder with the ASPMail syntax, correct?

Okay, did you check the online folder permissions? This usually happens to the CGI-BIN not the order management.
