I haven't been able to re-product the error message. Is this a Windows NT, 2000 or 2003 server? The permission denied leads me to believe that the server doesn't allow the CDONTS/CDO object to be created. ------------- Techno Geek Customer Support Engineer ComCity and SalesCart Technical Support |

There isn't a fix per say. However, if your server doesn't support CDONTS/CDO, then you need to find out what SMTP com object your host is using, and then purchase the plugin from us. ------------- Techno Geek Customer Support Engineer ComCity and SalesCart Technical Support |
