When I place a dummy order and later try to Review the order, as the customer would, by logging on the Customer Control Panel I can get all the way to the .../online/Customer/cshowall.asp page, but when I click on the Review button I get (with IE "The page cannot be displayed" and with Netscape "Error:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The column prefix 'Customer' does not match with a table name or alias name used in the query.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'

Object required: 'SimpleAdo.getRecordSet(...)'

/online/Customer/corder.asp, line 200

Any ideas????

Either the database is damaged (or you accessing the wrong database), the entire page is damaged, or the database type in SalesCart is not set right...

Pretty "major" issue to get an error like that.

All of the contents in the customer folder are origional and have never been modified (or even looked at). Everything else in the online management system is working fine and the databese seems to be functioning flawlessly. What should I look for?
