Go to the SC Toolbar, click on the first icon, then look for [SalesCart] Order Management option.

um...it's been awhile. How do I reinstall the order processing plug in? Just reload the web pages?

Hmm. That is a strange one. The one thing I notice is that it is referring to ../_fpclass/fpdblib.inc perhaps that's the issue here.

Have you tried re-installing the order management?

Have you also tried re-creating the "database1" connection string?

Hello

I am getting an error message every time I try to retrieval valid data (ex: an order number or range of numbers I know to exist).

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

C:\WEBSITES\QUINCYADULTED\ONLINE\../_fpclass/fpdblib.inc, line 48

I read a couple of previous posts regarding similar problems, but the solutions were not clear. Something about a space in the data name. Where does this space go?

The odd thing is that if I request bogus information (an incorrect date - say 2006 or an order number which does not exist) the database correctly returns a "no records found"

Go figure...

Can anyone help with this??

Thanks in advance.
