Sales Cart 5.0 Front Page w/ the shipping plug-in. I am getting duplicate shipping options, one set from the plug-in and one set seems to be the "standard" shipping info. How do I turn off the "standard" shipping and use only the plug-in.

It's in the database. You would just open the Access database and remove any of the shipping configuration. If you have the order management tool, go to to the Store Administration -> Configure Shipping and delete all options from the database.
