They say a picture is worth a thousands words. Sometimes it is very helpful to include one or more screen shots of exactly "what you are seeing" as it helps others to see the issue you are experiencing better. You can use the Microsoft Snipping Tool to grab pieces of the screen and save those as images.

You may see a warning message the first time you post which you might believe keeps you from posting.

The forum works on a "points" system. So, your first few posts have to be moderated and approved. This will result in a bit of a delay as we are notified and have to approve the post. The purpose of this is to screen new members who are posting and to reduce spam. Once you have earned 10 points, you can post from that point on without approval. You receive 3 points per post. Also, a thank you gets you an extra point.

Do not be intimidated by the warning message that you cannot post without moderation. What good is a forum if SalesCart doesn't reply?

Well, the forums isn't just for SalesCart to respond to your support inquiries.

In a forum community everyone should participate. A community is only as good as it's people. So if you choose not to respond or help others, then you're not helping

We do our best to respond to topics but it would be much nicer to see others actively participate in topics and help each other out as well.
