This means i have to manually add missing data into order bill-to fields or can i just leave them blank ?

When a customer goes to the shipping page(shipping2.asp) and chooses "Customer Pick-up" as one of the options. How can I have it skip the credit card payment page(payment2.asp)and go directly to the confirmation page(confirm2.asp)?
