Hi jighere, you probably missed a step (step 3). However, it can be fixed. Just follow this knowledgebase article and it gives you the step by step instructions on how to add it.

Add SalesCart tab to Facebook page after the fact

Also, keep in mind that Facebook prioritizes all new apps such that they show up in the drop down making them hard to find. We really suggest you fix this as well.

Follow the steps in this video starting at 0:20.
