Hi Kent, the permissions on your computer will not get carried over to the server. The server permissions will need to be setup separately. So if you have the cgi-bin working on your machine it does not mean the same will happen on the server.

Basically the IUSER (Internet Guest Account) on your machine won't be the same as the IUSER on the server.

I am trying to set my CGI-bin settings so that I am able to make setting changes to my shipping options.

I am able to make the changes to my local website.... but then when I publish to my Website it looses the changes, and won't allow me to make changes on the remote server.
