I figured it out. There was a wrong installation of the transaction processing extension. Basically the website did not have the transaction bridge so it did not see the connection to the Authorize.net.
After reinstallation it works fine.

I have a trouble to connect my web site to Authorize.net for on-line payments. I use the "TP.asax" as it was, only changed the user and transaction keys.
Authorize.net does not offer any support for coding. I belive that my coding is fine,but i do not go through to the Authorize.net web site.
